Green Point sits between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point on Cape Town's Atlantic seaboard. Both apartments are within walking distance of Green Point Urban Park, Cape Town Stadium and the restaurants along Main Road, with the Sea Point Promenade a short stroll away for sunset walks along the ocean.
It's a practical base for exploring the city: about 2 km to the V&A Waterfront, 5 km to Clifton's beaches, and 9 km to the Table Mountain cableway. The MyCiTi bus stops nearby, and Uber around the city centre is quick and inexpensive.
