Green Point sits between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point on Cape Town’s Atlantic seaboard, with Signal Hill rising behind it. All our apartments are within walking distance of Green Point Urban Park, Cape Town Stadium and the restaurants and coffee shops along Main Road.
The Sea Point Promenade is a short stroll away for sunset walks past the red-and-white lighthouse. The MyCiTi bus stops nearby, and an Uber across the city is quick and inexpensive.

Is booking direct really cheaper?
Yes — our direct rates are guaranteed to be cheaper than booking the same apartment on Airbnb or other booking sites, because there’s no platform fee or middleman. If you find the same dates cheaper elsewhere, let us know.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies at all our apartments.
How do I pay, and what is the cancellation policy?
Nothing is paid when you enquire. Once we confirm availability and your price by email, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
How do I book directly?
Choose an apartment, pick your dates in its calendar and send an enquiry — it comes straight to us and we reply by email to confirm. No payment is taken online and there are no platform fees.
Is there parking?
Yes, at all three. Taronga Mansions has a double garage. Stadium View and Sunny Central each include a secure undercover bay at Thorniebrae (an extra bay can be arranged for Sunny Central for a fee), and free street parking is available nearby.
Which apartments have a pool?
Stadium View and Sunny Central share the swimming pool and gardens at Thorniebrae, 8 York Road.
What about load-shedding?
Taronga Mansions has an inverter, so lights and Wi-Fi keep running during load-shedding.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
At Taronga Mansions, check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00, with self check-in by keypad. Sunny Central has self check-in with a lockbox. We confirm arrangements for every stay when we reply to your enquiry.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes: 25% off stays of 7 nights or more and 40% off stays of 28 nights or more at Stadium View and Taronga Mansions, applied automatically in the price calculator. At Sunny Central, weekly and monthly discounts are available on enquiry.
